Aranyeső Apartment Houses No.1: 149,000 HUF – 300,000 HUF /night
Prices are in Hungarian Forints and include access to the wellness and pool area, free internet usage, and legal VAT.
Tourist tax is payable separately. Tourist tax rates change annually and are set by the Balatonalmádi municipality. From 01/01/2026, a tourist tax of 790 HUF is payable in Balatonalmádi for every guest over 18 years of age who does not hold a local residence card. Prices are valid from 01/01/2026.

2.1. These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) define the contractual framework under which Aranyeső Apartment Houses No.1 (address: 8220 Balatonalmádi, Vadász utca 8.) and its services are provided to Guests.
2.2. Special, individual conditions are not part of these GTC but do not exclude separate agreements with travel intermediaries, organizers, or other parties under conditions appropriate to the type of business.
By entering into the contract, the Guest acknowledges the GTC as binding unless a different agreement is explicitly made between the Parties.
3.1. Services provided by the Provider are used by the Guest.
3.2. If the Guest places an order directly with the Provider, the Guest is the contracting party. The Provider and the Guest together are considered contractual parties (“Parties”).
3.3. If a third party (“Intermediary”) places an order on behalf of the Guest, the cooperation conditions are governed by a contract between the Provider and the Intermediary. The Provider is not obliged to verify the third party’s authority to act for the Guest.
3.4. In accordance with legal regulations (Act CLVI of 2016 on the development of tourism areas), the Provider can only provide services if the Guest provides their name, address, and other required data (e.g., ID, birth date) before using the services.
4.1. Upon receiving a request, the Provider sends a written offer. If no order is received within 72 hours, or within 48 hours for short-notice requests before arrival, the offer expires.
4.2. The contract is concluded upon written confirmation of the Guest’s booking by the Provider. Verbal agreements or confirmations do not constitute a contract.
4.3. The contract is for a specified period. Early departure by the Guest does not relieve the Guest of payment; the Provider may re-sell the apartment. Extending the stay requires prior approval from the Provider.
4.4. Modifications or additions require a written agreement signed by both Parties.
5.1. Free cancellation is possible under the conditions stated in the Provider’s written confirmation.
Late cancellations (within 30 days of arrival) or no-shows may be charged the full price of the services. Only bookings with a deposit or credit card guarantee are considered guaranteed.
5.2. Special products, group bookings, or events may have individual conditions.
5.3. Refunds: Upon timely cancellation, deposits are refunded via bank transfer or to the card used for payment within 30 days.
6.1. Apartment rates are posted at the entrance.
6.2. The Provider may adjust prices freely; confirmed bookings are not affected.
6.3. Taxes (VAT, tourist tax) are indicated at the time of offer. Changes in legal tax rates may be passed on.
6.4–6.6. Current discounts, promotions, and special offers are published online; discounts cannot be combined.
High chairs are free. Extra beds or additional baby cots are not available.
8.1. Payment is due upon departure unless agreed otherwise.
8.2. The Provider may request a deposit for part or the full amount.
8.3. Invoices are in HUF and payable in HUF or EUR. EUR conversion is based on the Provider’s bank rate on the day of travel.
8.4. Any payment fees imposed by the Guest’s bank or card are borne by the Guest.
9.1. Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00. Early or late stays require prior approval; extra charge: 15,000 HUF/hour.
9.2. Early check-in before 10:00 requires payment for the previous night.
Photo ID (ID card, passport, or driver’s license) must be presented on arrival. Children under 14 also require ID from 31 Dec 2023.
Failure to present ID may result in refusal of accommodation. Data is transmitted to the VENDÉGEM system.
11.1. Pets allowed only by prior arrangement; restricted areas apply.
11.2. Guests are fully responsible for pet damages. Cleaning fees up to 90,000 HUF may apply.
12.1. The Provider may terminate the contract immediately if the Guest behaves inappropriately, is intoxicated, threatens safety, or refuses to present ID.
12.2. Force majeure (“vis major”) releases both Parties from obligations; reasonable efforts to mitigate damage are expected.
13.1–13.3. If the Provider cannot provide booked services due to its own fault, it must arrange alternative accommodation at its own expense.
The Provider may assist with medical help; costs may be charged to the Guest or their responsible party.
Guests may use standard facilities and lodge complaints during their stay. Guests are liable for damages caused by themselves or companions. The Provider is liable only for damages caused by proven fault within the apartment. Maximum liability: the price of the service or 1.5 million HUF.
Use of wellness and pool facilities implies agreement to house rules. Children under supervision; sauna for adults only; certain behaviors and hazards prohibited. Pets not allowed (except guide dogs).
The Provider must protect personal data in accordance with Hungarian Law LXIII of 1992 and relevant regulations.
Uncontrollable events (war, fire, flood, strike) relieve both Parties from obligations until resolved.
Hungarian Civil Code (Act V of 2013) governs the contract. Court competent at the service location resolves disputes.
23.1–23.5. Links, copyright, cookies, analytics, and remarketing codes are subject to website rules. Visitors may refuse cookies but certain features may not function.
The Provider opposes child labor and expects compliance with international child protection standards from partners.
