• Do guests get the entire house when they book?
    Yes, the entire house is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay – you do not have to share anything with other guests or the owner.
  • Can anyone use the jacuzzi?
    Guests of the apartment can enjoy the 7-person panoramic jacuzzi without limits while respecting the house rules. No prior arrangement or setup is needed, as the jacuzzi is cleaned, maintained, and reheated after every guest change.
  • Is the pool usable all year round?
    The pool is seasonal and operates between June 1 and October 1. It is not heated and not covered, so it is fully winterized during the colder months. During this time, we recommend the panoramic 7-person jacuzzi.
  • Is parking available?
    Yes, we provide parking space for up to 5 cars.
  • Is the apartment pet-friendly?
    As we love animals too, we usually allow small pets. Prior consultation is required.
  • Is it necessary to show an ID upon arrival?
    According to regulations, any photo identification document is accepted, such as a driver’s license or passport.
  • We are arriving with elderly family members. Is there a ground-floor room?
    Yes. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor, so no stairs are required. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are also on this level. There are only two steps at the entrance.
  • We are traveling with a baby – is that possible?
    Yes, we provide a baby cot and a high chair.
  • We are arriving with a person with limited mobility. Is the property accessible?
    The property is not fully accessible, but with prior consultation we try to make access as easy as possible for everyone.
  • When can we arrive and when do we have to leave?
    Arrival is from 15:00. Departure is until 10:00. The owner is personally present at check-in and check-out.
  • Why is the price per night and not per person?
    As the entire apartment house is rented as a whole, the number of guests can be handled flexibly. The house cannot be divided into smaller units, therefore the price is per night for the entire house.
  • How well equipped is the kitchen?
    The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hand blender, two types of coffee machines, kettle, toaster, cookware, bowls, cutlery, glasses, and all necessary utensils.
  • How far are the shops and restaurants?
    Within a few minutes by car you will find shops, a bakery, restaurants, and cafés. Detailed information is sent after booking.
  • What should we do if any problem occurs in the house?
    The owner is available 24/7 every day of the year. In case of any issue, you can contact us immediately using the contact details on the “Contact” page.
  • Cleaning and bed linen change?
    For stays longer than one week, weekly cleaning and bed linen change are included. Extra cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.
  • Can floating candles be placed in the pool for decoration?
    No. Candles can drift into the skimmer and melt the plastic cover, causing damage. We recommend safe LED floating lights as an alternative.
  • Is there WiFi?
    Yes, fast and free WiFi is available throughout the house and in the yard.
  • Is grilling or cooking in a cauldron allowed?
    Yes. A garden grill and cauldron setup are available.
  • Is there air conditioning or heating?
    Yes, a fan-coil heating and cooling system ensures comfort throughout the year.
  • As a foreign guest, we like watching TV – is that possible?
    Yes, multilingual TV channels are available, so everyone can find something they like.
